Some basic components are necessary in order to solve problems, for instance:- capacity building to have a systemic vision that favours to understand links, interdependencies between parts components of the examined phenomenon
- elaboration of a methodology that distinguishes aspects and techniques already known from those necessary to acquire new knowledge
- leaning and utilisation of new ways of thinking
- collection of information useful to apply the above methodology summary of relevant information in order to define alternative scenarios that are easily perceivable
- comparison between the scenarios utilising creativity and intuition techniques
- elaboration of a main scenario supported by coherent indicators able to promote change
- translation of the scenario in expected results and monitoring indicators
- experimentation and evaluation of the results
